Program Delivery
• Create worthwhile collaborations and communications
• Provide statewide educational conference annually
• Identify and support future trends in volunteer management
Board Governance
• Review structure, organization and expectations
• Communicate, coordinate and involve activity with members, member hospitals and hospice, IHA, IHAA and AHVRP
• Measure effectiveness and ensure accountability
Public Relations Promotion
• Increase credibility of volunteer management with hospital and hospice management and IHA
• Advocate for the profession of DVS within our organizataion
• Market benefits to ISDVS members with objective of maintaining and exciting our membership
Stewardship
• Steward and allocate monies to meet the objectives of the organization
